| Rush Union Soccer is in Georgia, at multiple locations. We offer youth soccer programs for players 3-19 years old in a fun, safe, and competitive environment. Rush Soccer is one of the largest professional development systems in the world and has 85 affiliate clubs across the globe that provides a comprehensive development curriculum that benefits over 32,000 players. Rush Soccer is creating a professional pathway for young soccer players unavailable anywhere else in the country. The organization’s extensive network of professional coaches and technical staff are dedicated to developing a better quality of soccer player both on and off the field. Rush Union Soccer is currently looking to add a Staff Coach to our highly motivated team. The primary role of a Rush Staff Coach is to provide all players with an educational, enjoyable, and safe experience. A Rush Union Staff Coach will: Follow the Rush coaching philosophy. Provide coaching that is positive and with enthusiasm. Prepare and execute practice sessions (2 times per week/team) Provide excellent communication to players and parents. Prepare and deliver player evaluations Display a strong work ethic. Be punctual Be patient. Salary: Commensurate with experience Type: Part-time Hours: Monday-Thursday: 4:30pm-6:30pm and/or 6:00pm-8:00pm Saturday-Sunday: As needed for game times. Coaching Diploma Licensed coach preferred but will train suitable applicants. Coaches must become licensed within 30 days of hiring. Required Education: College Degree |
