The University of Illinois at Chicago’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is a nationally competitive Division I program serving nearly 300 student athletes in 18 sports, which have won numerous conference championships and awards for both academic excellence and community engagement.

The Department’s goal is to win conference championships regularly and to be nationally competitive in men’s and women’s sports each year while demonstrating high standards of sportsmanship and ethical conduct.
