Our Training Experience consists of a two-month training that takes you through daily readings and weekly exercises capped off by a fully-funded Weekend Gathering ($1,000 value - FREE). This Weekend Gathering will allow participants to put their two-month training into action through hands on spiritual, personal, and professional development opportunities.

Once the Training Experience is completed, participants will become USG members! Members have access to fully-funded mission trips, conferences, events, domestic service projects, networking, and any resources that are needed for your development.

About Uncommon Sports Group
Uncommon Sports Group (USG) is a 501c3 non-profit committed to developing the future leaders of sport by working with Student Managers, Interns, and other aspiring sport professionals. These individuals are engaged in USG’s training experience, mission trips, service projects, and scholarship programs. USG is primarily self-funded through its innovative Clean Out For A Cause program that collects new and gently used sports apparel from collegiate and professional teams and coaches throughout the country. USG’s vision is to see the sport industry used for God's glory.
