Camp Chipinaw and Silver Lake is the perfect place for you to spend an exciting and rewarding summer teaching and guiding campers. Located in the Catskill Mountains of NY, 2 hours from NYC, our camps offer a great environment for campers to grow and learn.

Camp Chipinaw & Silver Lake Camp are looking for qualified applicants to teach and coach many different sports areas. The positions we are still looking to fill include: Basketball, Hockey, Flag Football, and Lacrosse.

Our instructors are responsible for coming up with daily lesson plans, teaching campers of all skill levels, and ensuring that campers are learning while having fun!

All of these roles are bunk counselor positions. In many ways this is the most important aspect of your job, as it insures our campers are always safe while having an amazing summer! Coaches, Specialists, and Counselors must have completed one year of college and have a wide knowledge in their sport. Must love working with children and have the ability to teach.

Additional Salary Information: Salary is for work between 6/17/2021 - 8/15/2021. Room, Board, & some travel covered.
About Camp Chipinaw
Camp Chipinaw and Silver Lake are traditional co-ed Residential Summer Camps located in the Catskill Mountains of New York, 2 hours NW of NYC. Established in 1926, Chipinaw offers a wide variety of arts, sports, adventure, and water activities in a full 7 week session. Silver Lake offers the same program in a shorter time with 3 and 4 week sessions. Our campers and staff come from across the country and around the world to be part of an amazing summer experience. We are looking for qualified candidates to specialize and coach in many of the sports areas we offer.
