| Top Tier Baseball is seeking qualified high school and youth travel baseball coaches for the 2021 season. Since our inception in 2004, Top Tier has enjoyed tremendous success, statewide and nationally. Over the past 15 years Top Tier has placed 600+ players in college programs, produced 71 MLB draft picks, 10 Major Leaguers, Gatorade Players of the Year, multiple All-Americans as well as USA Baseball National Team players at multiple age levels. We take great pride in the “Top Tier Tradition of Baseball Excellence” that has developed as a result of hard work by many outstanding players, the dedication of coaches, the unwavering assistance of our sponsors and the commitment and support of great parents.
The common purpose of all those involved is to provide the top amateur baseball talent in the Midwest and exposure to collegiate and professional scouts.Top Tier is a competitive culture fueled by hard work, positive energy, and integrity. Our goal is to not only develop strong baseball players, but develop young leaders and quality human beings.
All our coaches must take a personal interest in the individual.Responsibilities include on-field coaching, pregame preparation, practice organization, mentoring players, and day to day communication with players, parents, college coaches and scouts.
High School Coach: This is a part-time summer position Which will conclude upon the completion of the 2021 summer season. The season will begin in May or June and run to the last weekend in July with the potential of some tournaments added in August . We are looking for head and assistant coaches at all age levels. Positions for these teams are based out of our headquarters in McCook, IL - just southwest of Chicago.
Youth Coach: This is a part-time spring/summer position which will conclude upon the completion of the 2021 summer season. Weekly practices will begin mid January and run through the spring/summer season. Depending on weather and on COVID mitigations, The season will begin as soon as local and federal authorities deem it safe to play (likely April) and run to mid-July with the potential of tournaments added in August. Teams are based out of our headquarters in McCook, IL - just southwest of Chicago. |
