The head softball coach must be able to independently organize training, competition, recruiting, events, travel, personnel, and budget for maximum efficiency of the programs.
To run a highly competitive softball program, recognized nationally both athletically and academically, consistent with the student-athlete philosophy of NCAA Division III athletics, which generates College and community enthusiasm and support. To create a culture that is strongly committed to recruiting and supporting students of varied backgrounds that is inclusive and accepting in nature.
Five plus years of experience as a collegiate softball coach. Collegiate playing experience is desired. A successful record of recruiting, developing, and retaining college student-athletes is essential.
