Saint Francis University seeks candidates for a Strength and Conditioning, Head Coach. The Strength and Conditioning, Head Coach reports to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for the university’s 23 Division I programs including cheerleading, as well as scheduling and maintaining training areas, and coordinating education programs for coaches and staff.
Candidates must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all the rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the Northeast Conference, and the NCAA.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Must hold a CSCS and/or CSCCA certification. Must possess the knowledge and ability to design and implement strength and conditioning programs at the Division I level. Excellent communication skills, computer skills, and related experience in athletics required. Candidate must have and maintain CPR and AED certification.
