As Assistant Head Men’s & Women’s Golf Coach will be responsible for assisting Head Coach with coaching and administration of a NAIA intercollegiate golf program. This includes, but not limited to: handling all responsibilities of the team, recruiting, team travel, campus, community and alumni outreach and other duties assigned by the Head Golf Coach or the Athletics Director.
Responsible for recruiting and training, teaching, and instructing all aspects of a college level golf program.
Available on weekends and evenings in order to recruit student – athletes. Knowledge and understanding of all eligibility and recruiting rules in the NAIA, Sun Conference and admission standards of USCB. Help maintain accountability for Women’s Golf scholarship limitations. Manages all recruiting efforts for the program and determines all scholarship offers. Assist with coordinating aspects of team travel including but not limited to: transportation, hotel reservations, meal money coordination, completion of travel authorizations and reimbursement and reconciliation of all team trips.

Bachelor’s Degree and/or PGA Class “A” Membership required. Three years minimum experience coaching or playing at a collegiate level golf program.
