The assistant coach is responsible for assisting the head coach in all aspects of the softball program, including skill development, recruiting and other duties assigned by the head coach. Requirements: bachelor's degree, collegiate competitive and/or coaching experience. Compensation for this 10-month, part-time position includes stipend, Franklin College tuition remission, room and board. Additional part-time employment on/near campus is possible.
