Randolph College, located in Lynchburg, Virginia, seeks a full-time professional to serve as Director of Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field programs and serve as Head Track & Field Coach. Duties will include recruiting and retaining talented students for cross country, indoor track and outdoor track programs.

Bachelor's degree required (Master’s preferred) and coaching experience required, preferably at the collegiate level, and a proven ability to recruit quality student-athletes.
