The women’s volleyball head coach is responsible for administering all aspects of the sport program including: coaching, recruiting, game scheduling and travel, budget management, equipment and inventory, academic monitoring, community service/engagement, and alumni communication. The coach is responsible for promoting an atmosphere for compliance with NCAA DIII, ODAC, and University rules/regulations. Additional secondary responsibilities are assigned by the Director of Athletics.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of successful collegiate volleyball coaching experience, and certification in First Aid, AED, and CPR.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree and 3 – 5 years of successful collegiate volleyball coaching experience.
Note: A pre-employment background check and drug screen will be required as a condition of employment. If the job requires driving for University business, a satisfactory driving record will also be required.
