Primary Purpose Management and administration of the Women's Soccer program.
KeyResponsibilities: Provides leadership for staff, student-athletes and others.
Fiscal management of the Women's Soccer program.
Develops and leads a team culture which embraces excellence, integrity, high character and strong academic performance.
Schedules and conducts regular season practice, strength and conditioning, and competition schedule. Oversee all practices and attend all competitions.
Recruits prospective student-athletes that are academically and athletically prepared to contribute at Idaho State University.
Conducts a program that is compliance with NCAA rules and regulations and submit all relevant paperwork to the Compliance Office as needed.
Participates in a high level fundraising initiatives to advance the soccer program and the athletics department. Partner with external relations to promote Idaho State University Soccer and all programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of five (5) years of successful coaching at the collegiate level, preferably Division 1.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills and a proven ability to recruit highly skilled, academically prepared student-athletes.
Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and computer skills are essential.
