Duties will include managing all aspects of the women’s softball program including, coaching, budgeting, spiritual leadership, and recruiting while focusing on the athletic department’s philosophy of developing athletes, spiritually, academically, and physically. The head coach position may combine with an administrative role.

Ability to provide spiritual leadership and help others grow spiritually.
Qualifications and Abilities:
Demonstrate commitment to the holistic development of the student-athlete; possess a passion for working with college-aged students.
Passion for the sport that inspires motivation for professional growth as a coach.
Proven ability to coach the sport and motivate student-athletes to develop athletically.
Skills and Knowledge:
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships.
Proficient in office-based computer programs.
Highly organized, motivated and energetic.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and commitment to the mission of the institution, to equity, and to diversity.
