Responsibilities: As the Assistant Volleyball Coach, assist the Head Coach in the recruitment and retention of our student athletes. Assist with recruiting, game planning, practice planning, individual skill development, academic success, inventory and maintenance of equipment as well as the organization of our program.
As the Residence Life Specialist, live in the residence hall and serve as the senior staff member within the residential environment. Communicate with the Residence Life Director and hall staff regarding residence hall issues, provide emergency response, serve in an on-call rotation for emergency response, advocate for students, mail distribution, and attend and participate in staff training.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, completion of at least two years of college required; knowledge of volleyball fundamentals; ability to recruit student athletes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well with others
