Work directly under the Head Coaches and provide administrative and operational support to the Tennis programs' daily operations.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Tennis programs (e.g., pro card transactions, submit travel vouchers, purchasing, etc.); Monitor and track program budget; Provide assistance with team travel; Assist coaches with official visits of prospective student-athletes; Communicate frequently with Athletic Business Office and - Athletic Compliance office; Plan and organize incidental meals for program; Other duties as assigned by the Head Men's Tennis Coach and Head Women's Tennis Coach
Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience. Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements.
