• Management of ICA’s ticket sales and Customer Relations Management system, the database system for Arizona Athletics • Maintain and monitor internal and external data integrity • Analyze and implement Standard Operating Procedures, as it relates to PCI Compliance, including Bluefin machine maintenance • Maximize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities; recommend improvements for the customer ticketing experience • Finance Coding or Data Coding; consistency in coding to ensure all business stakeholders receive accurate reporting • Manage the TKFD process for donations including the transfer & processing through Fund Development • Maintain student database records consisting of more than 40,000 students, to ensure ticketing system reflects accuracy of each record holder, including issuing strikes for MBB attendance, Bursars uploads, Grad student opt outs, Access Pass setup, student fee tracking • Ensure customer contact information is linked accurately with ticketing system • Assist in adding events & items to evenue • Collaborate with marketing team to create segments for bulk emails in Adobe Campaign • Support sales, marketing and development campaigns by providing metrics and tracking for success • Provide data manipulation and reporting assistance to other departments as needed • Work closely with the UA Foundation regarding tax reporting issues • Responsible for verifying donation batches in RE • Maintain the ticketing/donor database user list • Responsible for refreshing all priority points weekly; monitor program to ensure points are accumulating correctly • Oversee our student analytic internship program • Set up selling batches daily • Create Paciolan Users • Printing season tickets to tape with consolidate printing company (CPI) • Oversee football retention program & reporting • Opening and setting up seasons as requested • Sport specific sales report and analytical analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • Two years of ticket sales/ticket operations experience or equivalent training/experience • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions • Effective and authoritative decision making skills • Equery reporting experience • Live Excel report creation and maintenance experience • Meticulous attention to detail
