The College of William and Mary (NCAA Division 1) is seeking an outstanding individual to direct its nationally competitive women's tennis program.
Preferred qualifications: • Master’s Degree or extensive professional playing and/or coaching experience in the sport preferred. • D-I coaching and/or playing experience.

Education • Bachelor’s degree required.
Competencies • Proven leadership abilities through successful collegiate playing and/or coaching experience, e.g. receipt of awards, recognition, and championship experience. • Demonstrated skills or competencies related to the sport. • Demonstrated ability to transfer technical and tactical knowledge of the game of tennis to players. • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written). • Strong computer skills/experience and the demonstrated ability to utilize the latest advances in job related technologies. • Experience organize numerous forms of data, events or trips.
