Eastern Mennonite University, a small Christian liberal arts college, with strong athletic and academic traditions, located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, is seeking applicants for the position of head women's basketball coach to continue the high levels of success on and off the court and a dynamic student athlete experience. The head coach is responsible for all aspects of the women's basketball program including recruiting, scheduling, budget management, public relations, planning and collaborating with others.
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Collegiate coaching with recruiting experience preferred. Minimum of successful high school coaching required.
Special skills of recruiting,, practice and game planning, teaching basketball skills and strategies, budget management, effective communication with college age young people, organizational leadership and collaboration with colleagues and the wider campus community
