Yeshiva University, a NCAA Division III institution and part of the Skyline Conference, located in New York City is seeking applicants for a part-time Assistant Women's Cross Country Coach. The coach will perform all duties associated with effectively managing, developing and implementing compliant and successful intercollegiate cross country program. The Position: Applications are invited for consideration for the position of Assistant Women's Cross Country Coach at Yeshiva University. This is a part-time position responsible for all aspects of leading NCAA Division III women's cross country program.
Duties include, but are not limited to: This includes but is not limited to: recruitment of prospective student-athletes, student-athlete development, running of practice sessions, match preparation, scheduling, purchasing of equipment, and monitoring the academic status of student-athletes. The coach will also be responsible for working with athletics staff to support and uphold the philosophy, goals and mission of both the university and the YU athletics program.
This is a part-time position.
A commitment to knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations
A minimum one year of collegiate coaching experience preferred, or two years at the high school or club level
Recruiting experience a plus
Demonstrated ability to establish good rapport and effective working relationships with student-athletes, coaches, staff and alumni
Ability to work nights, weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule
