Northwest Kansas Technical College is seeking a head coach for the men’s & women’s track & cross country teams. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting, scheduling, eligibility, budgeting, fundraising, travel, and practice plans. Coach shall teach and train students in skills and strategies related to competition, mentor and maintain discipline of student athletes, and ensure their academic progress. Coach must represent Northwest Tech and the track and cross country programs in a professional manner, while enforcing college, NJCAA, and KJCCC guidelines governing the sport.
