Responsibilities for the assistant women's soccer coach position will include assisting the head coach in day-to day operations of the women’s soccer program. Specifically, assist with skill training, competitive coaching and recruiting. Understand and model the Athletic Department’s goals as set forth by the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in a job related field. At least 3 years of demonstrated coaching or competitive experience at the collegiate level, NCAA Division I preferred. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, be self motivated, highly organized, play close attention to detail, work effectively in a diverse university, community and athletic department environment.
