The University of Notre Dame (www.nd.edu) is accepting applications for a Ticketing Director. The Ticketing Director serves on a team of ticket managers (ticketing team) who each has primary responsibility for a reserved seating sport (football, men's basketball, women's basketball and hockey).
Reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director of Ticketing, the Ticketing Director functions as the primary lead for Notre Dame Football ticketing and serves an international fan base including home and away game ticketing, club and premium seat ticketing, as well as postseason ticketing. This position will also assist with football sales efforts, renewal planning, and long-term ticketing strategies.
This position also serves as the subject matter expert on all ticketing data and reporting as well as assists the Assistant Athletic Director in leading the ticketing team. This position will also manage 1 full-time employee and 2 interns.
In addition to football, this position will have primary responsibilities for all premium seat ticket operations (men's basketball, women's basketball and hockey) including corporate sales, premium seat strategies, ticket design, and presentation, invoicing and renewals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in related field with 5-6 years of relevant experience. Knowledge ofNCAAregulations. Knowledge of ticketing software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in related field with 5-6 years relevant experience. Knowledge ofNCAAticketing regulations. Knowledge of Paciolan ticketing software.
