The Ticket Office Intern positions are intended to introduce individuals to all aspects of a Power 5 Conference, Division I ticket office operation. Individuals will gain experience in customer service management, day to day operations, game day management, fiscal responsibility, and a greater understanding of the athletic department as a whole. Two (2) positions are being offered. The two positions will focus on the day to day operations at the Athletic Ticket Office (located inside the Autzen Stadium Complex), as well as at Matthew Knight Arena, working with all ticketed events (athletic and non-athletic). Both interns will be required to work all home football games and other ticketed events as assigned. Sport oversight duties of all non-season ticketed sports will be shared by both interns. Locations and responsibilities are subject to change as needed for the efficiency of the office.
Responsibilities: Daily contact with the general public and donors to provide customer service, data entry, event management, daily printing and distribution of tickets and invoices, overseeing player-guest admission, managing the student ticket process, vault management assistance, website management, submitting daily reports to outside organizations, and other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible and non-traditional hours; including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have own transportation.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record required. It is required to have a valid Oregon’s Driver’s License within 90 days of employment, and to successfully receive a University of Oregon’s Drivers Certification card. It is required that this license be maintained throughout employment with the Athletic Department.
Previous experience in a ticket office setting and training on the TicketMaster ticketing system preferred.
