Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, a Division I and Big Ten Conference Institution, is seeking a Director of Operations for the Women's Volleyball Program under the general supervision of the Head Coach. This is a non-coaching position which will coordinate operational aspects of the Women's Volleyball program by coordinating team and staff travel, scheduling practice and assisting in facility set-up, and match times, assisting with both the Marketing and Compliance Departments. The Director of Operations will serve as the main contact person for the exchange of film, as well as oversee the data video-editing program. Experience with developing scouting reports and using Data Volley, Volleymetrics and Oppia. Other responsibilities will include on-campus recruiting as permitted by NCAA rules; management and promotion of summer camps, as well as supervising student managers. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is a fixed-term appointment funded for one year from date of hire with excellent possibility of re-funding.
