Responsibilities include but are not limited to coaching, scheduling, the recruitment and selection of qualified prospective student-athletes; support of the academic progress of student-athletes; scheduling and conducting regular practice sessions; developing and implementing strategies for motivating student-athletes to perform at maximum levels. Successful candidate must be fully committed to all NCAA, Summit League Conference, and Western Illinois Athletics Department policies and procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better must have been achieved from a regionally accredited degree-granting institution of higher education(or equivalent from an international accrediting body). Acceptance into a graduate program of the applicants desired area is also required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience coaching at any level (high shool, club, or college).
