The University of North Alabama invites applications for the position of Head Coach of the Men’s Basketball program. This position will be responsible for all phases of the Men’s Basketball program including recruitment of quality student-athletes, academic success of student athletes, game preparation and strategy, supervision of assistant coaches, scheduling, attending meetings with alumni, enhancing public relations, organizing camps and clinics, fundraising, budget management, adherence to and compliance with all NCAA and Atlantic Sun Conference rules and regulations, and other general administrative duties. Significant collegiate coaching experience required, Division I experience preferred. In addition, the Head Coach will be responsible for supporting the philosophy, goals, and mission of both the University and its Intercollegiate Athletics program.
Strong, working knowledge of the sport's skills and training methods, required.
