RESPONSIBILITIES: This position reports to the Head Field Hockey Coach. Assist with coaching and developing a highly competitive Division I field hockey team. Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations in scheduling competition, game management, team travel plans, practice organization, budget and other administrative duties. Must have the administrative ability to manage daily operations. Candidate must display the highest of ethical standards, recruit qualified student-athletes and display a commitment to their academic success.
Candidates must have outstanding leadership, management, and interpersonal skills to relate to a wide diversity of faculty, staff, students and community members.

Bachelor’s degree required. At least one year of coaching experience required. CPR certification will be required within 90 days of start date.
Master’s degree preferred. Playing experience at the highest level preferred. Working knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and procedures is preferred.
